Diet dalam makanan

Baru balik dari talk kat nursery Ariana pasal diet dalam makanan kanak-kanak. Sememangnya ayah tau kepentingan balanced diet tapi kekadang tu terlepas gak benda-benda yang tak patut makan. Actually, we can eat anything but the key principle is "to be balanced", as Islam teaches us to be moderate in everything we do including eating. 1. Eat when we are hungry and stop before we are full. 2. ONLY treat yourself with high sugar and salt contents occasionally. 3. Learn to cook (and using sugar & salt) so that you can give your children a better life. They learn about eating - right or wrong, healthy or bad, since they are young. 4. Why do I care about amount of sugar, salt & fat? Because both are the main causes for high blood pressure, high cholestrol and heart problem (typical Malay health problem) 5.
